PERSONAL EXPERIENCES
WHEN USING EPI-NO
"Just to say thank you for
the Epi-no which I believed helped me no end with the
birth of our daughter. After an hour of contractions
at 7 mins apart I progressed instantly to the second
stage and after about 40 mins I was in the pool and a
couple of contractions and she popped out !! Whole labour
was about 2 hours. I found the greatest thing with Epi-no
was that it gave me the confidence to believe that I
could push a large object out!"
Sarah from London
"Neither my midwife or my
GP had ever seen anyone have a vontous delivery with
no tearing or episiotomy!
They
were very inpressed !! "
Susan Alexander
I think that this was the
best preparation for birth its good to
know the feeling, how it is going to be before going
into labour, it lasted less than half an hour (between
full dilation and birth) and was less painful than
expected. Already the fact that I could go home the
same day and was only sore for another 4 days justified
every penny and every minute invested in practising.

"Fantastic product
really eased my worries about the birth and worked brilliantly
as I didnt tear at all. Worth every penny!

An extremely helpful device
Ive recommended it to anyone who will
listen! Also the distributor I ordered it from
was very friendly, helpful and very efficient.

"The best thing about using
epi-no was the real sense of preparation that I felt prior
to giving birth I really felt that I was
doing myself a favour! When I was in the final
stages of pushing my baby out, the stretching feeling
was familiar and therefore gave me more confidence
when I needed it.
Melanie Roberts. Hinkley
It really helped me
to be less afraid of the birth process as I was
terrified of tearing and the sensation of stretching
etc. But practising pushing out the epi-no alienated
that fear as well as helped me to understand which
muscles to use for pushing out the baby. I highly
recommend using the epi-no and I will definitely
use it again.
Emily Jennings. London
After an episiotomy
with my first baby I was eager to avoid the same
thing happening again. However given the size and
weight of my second baby (11lb 4oz) I was lucky
to have been strong enough to push it out unaided.
Worthy comments from midwives and doctors alike;
the tears would have been much worse if not for
the preparation with epi-no
